We reserve the right to adjust final bills if the actual weight exceeds the estimate by more than 30% for repeat offenders (Trust Score > 30). We guarantee 24‑hour standard turnaround except in cases of extreme weather or force majeure.

If we damage your garment, we pay full replacement value. We document your clothes with photos at pickup and at the vendor. If a stain or tear was pre‑existing, we’ll notify you before washing. New damage caused by us = we replace it. No fine print, no delays.
Refunds are issued as wallet credits within 48 hours of your request. If you prefer a cash refund, we process it within 7 working days. Refunds are issued when:
